Who you call matters

Buying, selling, or owning a home means working with a lot of different people — a lender, an inspector, maybe a roofer or an HVAC tech or a crawlspace crew. Picking the wrong one costs you time, money, and stress.

Over the years we’ve built relationships with professionals across the area who do good work and treat people right. We’re organizing them here by category so you have a starting point. We’re still building this list out — specific names are coming soon under each heading below.

A few honest notes before you reach out

  • This is a starting point, not a guarantee. These are people and companies we’ve worked with or come to know. Listing them here is not an endorsement, warranty, or guarantee of their work, workmanship, pricing, conduct, or availability.
  • We don’t accept referral fees or kickbacks. These recommendations are here purely as a convenience — we’re not paid to list anyone, and we don’t take a cut from anyone you choose to hire.
  • Always do your own homework. Get multiple quotes, confirm licensing and insurance where it applies, read recent reviews, and make the call that’s right for you.
  • Your agreement is with the vendor, not with us. Any contract, payment, work performed, or dispute is strictly between you and the provider. AREG is not a party to it.
  • You’re never obligated to use anyone here. Use your own people if you’ve got them. This list exists purely as a convenience.
  • Relationships change. Companies come and go, people move, quality shifts. We update this list as we learn, but always trust what you find in the moment over what’s printed here.
