Who We Are
Albers Real Estate Group (AREG) is a Missouri real estate brokerage founded in 2013 by Zac Albers — managing broker, U.S. Air Force veteran, and Marshfield native. We serve buyers and sellers across Springfield and the wider Southwest Missouri region, including Greene, Christian, Webster, Polk, and Dallas counties.
We are intentionally not a national franchise satellite. We are a local, independent brokerage with a working office in Fair Grove (just minutes from Springfield), deep roots in the Ozarks, and a team that picks up the phone.
Why AREG Exists
By 2013, Zac had spent years watching the real estate industry stop working for the people it was supposed to serve. Marketing had grown stale. Customer service had been replaced by clients-as-numbers. Most agents were running an assembly line.
AREG was built on a different premise:
- Marketing should actually market. Listings deserve real campaigns, not just MLS syndication and a yard sign.
- Communication should be relentless. Clients should never wonder where things stand.
